In the sessions, team members experience ‘hands on’ the various dynamic aspects of communication & teamwork through the metaphor of a drum circle.

A drum circle is an ever changing, constantly evolving body of interaction, in which music is created as a direct result of group interaction.

African drums and a range of fun and accessible percussion toys are used as tools to create the group music and to develop and nurture the group dynamic.

We build your company ethos into our sessions, and combine teambuilding metaphors with exciting and dynamic music making.
